I have two books on how to effectively deliver pendulum commands. Please obtain these books for full instructions. Here is a step-by-step summary to assist you in getting started:
1. Hold your pendulum.
2. Rotate your pendulum and state the “command,” which is a
statement of what you want to happen. You can say your
pendulum command in any language.
3. Allow the pendulum to continue rotating in circles 2-4 times
after you state the command.
4. Repeat the process or conclude.
Initiate gentle movement of the pendulum immediately and make it rotate if necessary. The rotating action is the key factor. It doesn’t matter how it happens. It can be conscious, meaning that you are aware of it, or unconscious, meaning you are not aware of how it started moving.
The pendulum does not need to rotate for a long time. In fact, shorter rotations are highly effective. If your pendulum rotates more than 4 times after a command has been delivered, consider moving on to the next command. Focus on stating one pendulum command at a time, especially when you are first learning. Then, as you become more advanced, you can state your commands in rapid succession.
Always end with a statement like “…only if in the highest good of all concerned.”
